High grown coffee, harvested by the hostal owners in Finca Santa Helena at 1200 meters above sea level, on the slopes of Cerro El Cuyus, region of Yasica Sur, San Ramon, Matagalpa.
It comes from hives installed in the mountain area of the municipality of El Cua, and harvested with quality standards by a cooperative that integrates small local producers and bee technicians from Matagalpa. It is collected and packed by the hostal.
Cultivated by smallholder farmers in the Municipality of Terrabona, Matagalpa. Selected, processed and packaged by the Hostal, and it is used the in natural smoothies that we offer. Also is available to guests who wish to purchase.
